Improvised Weapons: Survival Pin of the Month

Today's pin of the month comes from GreekGadgetGuru at: Besides the fact that my fifteen year old son is a huge Assassin's Creed fan, I like this pin because it highlights the possibilities of what you can create if there is the need. In a survival situation you will have to make do with what you have. Creation will be essential so it is a good idea to get the invention juices flowing now while your life does not depend upon it. In my book, Day After Disaster, I tried to highlight this need to craft what you need to get you where you need to go but GeekGadgetGuru has put it into practice and his fun toy could teach us all a lesson or two. In addition this could be easily altered to shoot "BBs," pellets or air-soft ammo. The only thing stopping you is your imagination.
